At LANWEI POWER, we aim to provide reliable products and clear after-sales support. Please review the following refund and return terms before placing an order.
Standard Product Returns
For standard, non-customized products, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
- All accessories, cables, manuals, and original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase or order information must be provided
- The return must be approved by LANWEI POWER before the product is shipped back
Please do not return products without contacting us first.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- Order information
- A description of the problem
- Photos or videos showing the issue where applicable
After confirming the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include troubleshooting, replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your shipment after delivery.
If the package or product has been damaged during transportation, contact us promptly and provide photos of:
- The outer shipping carton
- The shipping label
- The damaged product
- Any visible damage to the packaging
Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Incorrect Model or Specifications Ordered
Please carefully confirm voltage, power rating, battery voltage, output voltage, plug type, and other product specifications before ordering.
If the correct product was supplied according to the confirmed order but the customer selected the wrong specification, a return may be accepted only after prior approval.
In such cases:
- Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer
- Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other related charges are normally non-refundable
- Products must meet our return-condition requirements
OEM, ODM and Customized Orders
Products manufactured, modified, labeled, packaged, or configured according to customer-specific requirements are generally not eligible for return or cancellation once customization or production has started.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom logos or branding
- Custom product appearance
- Special voltage or electrical configurations
- Custom packaging
- Customer-specific specifications
- Bulk OEM or ODM production
This restriction does not apply where the supplied product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not conform to the agreed specifications.
Return Shipping
Do not send any product back until you have received return instructions from us.
For approved returns caused by customer preference, incorrect specification selection, or other reasons not caused by LANWEI POWER, return shipping costs are normally paid by the customer.
For confirmed defects, incorrect shipments, or other issues caused by us, we will work with you to determine an appropriate return or replacement solution.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result.
If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, and country or region.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other third-party fees may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or the issue was caused by LANWEI POWER.
Order Cancellations
Standard orders may be cancelled before shipment if processing has not been completed.
Customized, OEM, ODM, or made-to-order products may not be cancelled once customization, material preparation, or production has started.
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
